Delivery/Shipping Policy

We will post your order within  07 to 10 Business days from order placed and clearing (excludes custom order items).  Standard Postage time from Australia Post normally takes 3-6 business days to NSW, Victoria & Queensland. Other states and territories MAY take longer due to the extra distance. 

Please note that around peak periods such as around Public Holidays, especially Christmas, can take even longer again due to increased loads. Australia Post is closed weekends, Public holidays and at least one Industry Holiday, usually taken just before OR after the New Years closures. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame please contact us URGENTLY.  We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund/Returns Policy

Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage (applies to sales item products as well) on return of product to us.  Refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size.  For your full rights please visit.
